SPAY / NEUTER CLINICS

The "T" in SNAP'T represents transportation, a vital aspect of our mission. One of our goals is to assist pet owners by providing transportation to affordable spay/neuter surgeries. This is made possible through our partnership with Dr. Angie Ruppel, owner of the Purple Cat Mobile Vet Clinic in Baldwin, WI.

We welcome the opportunity to help you get your cat spayed or neutered!

HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT:

Fill out and submit the SNAP’T SPAY / NEUTER CLINIC SIGN-UP online form below.

A SNAP’T representative will contact you regarding the required $25 non-refundable deposit for your appointment. All deposits collected will be paid directly to Dr. Angie for the veterinary services provided.

BEFORE CLINIC DAY:

Download, print, and complete one Purple Cat Vet CAT Anesthesia Release Form per cat. Email completed forms to sonjalarson@snaptcats.org before your appointment so we can verify services and complete required documentation.

Prepare one carrier for each cat. For the health and safety of your cat following surgery, All carriers must be clean and free of dirt, debris, or other contaminants. Cats arriving in dirty carriers may not be accepted for surgery.

DAY OF CLINIC:

Meet your transporter at the location you chose. Estimated times: 6:45-7:00 AM - Blaine, 7:30 AM - Woodbury.

Label each carrier (masking tape with permanent marker is fine) with the cat’s name, your name & phone number, and SNAP’T.

Bring the printed and completed Purple Cat Vet CAT Anesthesia Release Form.

AFTER SURGERY:

The transporter will text you when they leave Baldwin, giving you about an hour's notice to arrive at the pickup location (same as the drop-off).

You will pay the remaining balance, minus your $25 deposit, at pickup. A suggested donation of $10 for transport is appreciated.

Additional charges may apply if fleas or ear mites are present ($15) or if your cat is found to be pregnant ($30–$45). These conditions will be assessed at the time of surgery, and any applicable additional charges will be added to your total.
